I love bridges. Ever since I was young, I have always been fascinated by bridges of all types, especially how these massive suspension bridges got built.  Other times, I’m just simply in awe of the beauty of its architecture.

I took this photo of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge on the way to Jersey this morning. Verrazano-Narrows Bridge is the largest suspension bridge in the US. It has also been dubbed as the gateway to New York Harbor.

When I looked out the front door this morning, I saw these mysterious footprints on the dusting of snow.  My first guess is that these footprints belong to the cat that’s been roaming around in the neighborhood, left behind by its previous owner.  Although it’s brought nothing but trouble (killed a squirrel and left other unwanted things behind), I still feel bad for it – especially in these cold winter days.  

The second photo is a picture of my neighbor’s front door – through my glass door.  I love how they’ve renovated their house – made it so much warmer and inviting than before.
